God didn't ask us to save ourselves or do anything to be saved, but he gives of himself freely.
God doesn't just put our sins a foot from us, but he puts them far, far away. He erases them. He covers them.
God knows that we need grace to live. He knows we need him.
He knows we have all sinned, but he loves us anyway.
As far as the east is from the west,
so far has he removed our transgressions from us.
Psalm 103:12
